Description: Happy Spring! Our happy bird holds a twig in its beak, flying back to build a nest for spring. Perfect design for bird lovers everywhere; and also as a Peace Dove.

A Bit of History: The mold is based on the figure perched on the nave of Ulm Minster in Ulm Germany. It depicts a dove carrying an olive branch in its beak, a reference to the biblical story of Noah's Ark. Due to its relative small size when installed on the roof, the landmark became known by the local population as the Ulm "Sparrow", a much smaller bird.

In addition to cookies, this mold makes a lovely paper cast for greeting cards, gift tags, or art projects. It has been featured in Martha Stewart magazine.
