Cookie Cutter: Double Sided Oval for Carousel
Special Tip for Working with Deep or Large Springerle Molds: This is a deeply carved design. Low and slow baking is the key to success with a mold of this size and depth. The cookies in the photo were made using the Perfection Springerle recipe, dough rolled to 1/2". Baked 45-60 minutes at 225 F.
