Special Tip for Deep/Large Molds Springerle: This is a deeply carved design. Low and slow baking is the key to success with these larger molds. The cookies in the photos were made using the Perfection Springerle recipe, dough rolled to 1/2". Baked 45-60 minutes at 225 degrees F.
