Description: Dozen Hearts Springerle Rolling Pin by House on the Hill features six unique heart shaped images of people in their daily life, flowers, and birds. Each design appears twice on the pin so one full rotation produces a dozen cookies. To cut out the individual cookies, we use either a bench knife (for squares with smooth edges) or a pastry wheel (for hearts or squares with fluted edges).
