Dough Thickness Rolling Guides are our tool of choice to easily roll springerle dough at a consistent thickness. Uniformly thick cookies bake evenly in the oven. Even if your rolling pressure is uneven; dough guides will ensure your dough thickness is consistent.
Quickly and easily roll even thicknesses of 3 mm, 5 mm, or 10 mm dough. You can also stack the guides in any combination to roll 8, 13, 15, or 18 mm thick dough, depending on the depth of your mold.
In addition to Springerle, our dough guides are great for making noodles, cookies, and any type of rolled pastry. Not just for baking; thickness rails are great for working with paperclay, applesauce-cinnamon ornaments, and pottery (always use a separate set of guides when working with any non-food safe material).

Care and Cleaning: Lay dough guides flat and scrape off any dried dough with a bench knife. If needed, wipe with a damp paper towel. Do not soak. Wipe dry. Allow to air dry completely before storing.
